Gilbert Blanken Buscató, Starlight-certified, is co-founder of Astrolliurona, the Astronomy and Science Association of Lliurona, an organization dedicated to scientific and astronomical outreach rooted in the territory.
His background combines a passion for astronomy, knowledge of the night sky and a clear vocation for science communication. He collaborates in astronomy programmes and activities with Ràdio Pineda and Òmnium Cultural, and has taken part in talks and outreach initiatives on sky observation, telescopes, the Moon and other astronomical phenomena of general interest.
Since 2018, he has been sharing astronomy in Catalonia, bringing the cosmos closer to diverse audiences with a clear, accessible and rigorous approach. His work helps make astronomy a shared experience, where science, nature and emotion meet under the sky of the territory.
