This experience has a fixed total price of €490.00 including VAT for a private group of up to 6 people. The price covers the full booking of the activity, not an individual price per person.
It is an exclusive experience that brings together astronomy, heritage, legends and Alta Garrotxa to transform a night at the hermitage of Sant Andreu de Gitarriu into an immersive, intimate and memorable experience.
Through astronomy, we turn galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, planets and black holes into a narrative that connects with the silence of the mountains, the Romanesque stone, the territory and the depth of the night sky.
The activity takes place at the hermitage of Sant Andreu de Gitarriu, in Alta Garrotxa, in a unique and secluded setting, ideal for experiencing a dark sky with calm, perspective and connection with the landscape.
The experience includes transport by 4x4 vehicle from Tortellà to the hermitage, with an approximate journey time of 45 minutes, designed for small private groups.
The proposal combines an astronomy experience led by Kilian Vindel, with Starlight certification, night-sky observation with a high-end telescope, live astrophotography so that participants can take home souvenir images, and a welcome aperitif with local products.
The activity also includes legends of Alta Garrotxa told by photographer Esteve Serra, in a narrative that connects the sky, the memory of the territory and the unique atmosphere of Gitarriu.
Requirements: warm clothing, suitable footwear for a mountain environment and availability to travel by 4x4 to the hermitage.
In case of a poor weather forecast, notice will be given 72 hours in advance and a new mutually agreed date will be proposed. If the new date is also not viable due to weather conditions, the experience will be rescheduled successively until it can take place under suitable conditions.
