A participatory experience that transforms the cosmos into a space for inspiration, connection and cohesion for teams that want to look further together.
Through astronomy, we turn galaxies, nebulae, star clusters and black holes into powerful metaphors to work on trust, leadership, creativity, perspective and a shared vision.
The Team Building experience takes place at the venue chosen by the client: hotels, country houses, rural accommodation, retreat spaces, corporate venues or unique locations throughout Catalonia.
We travel to the selected location to adapt the experience to the group, the setting and the goals of the day.
The experience combines an immersive audiovisual talk, participatory dynamics, guided debate and telescope observation of the sky, whenever weather conditions allow.
Duration: 3 hours
Participants: up to 50 people
Requirements: dark outdoor space and power connection in case of projection
Ideal for team sessions, corporate retreats, cohesion meetings, internal training or company experiences that aim to go beyond a conventional activity.
